Trainscape-Multi Layer Cast Glass Block A train steams through a country landscape in this handmade cast glass block. This piece is composed of multiple layers of clear sheets of glass that have been painted on with glass powders. Each layer must be fired in a kiln individually, then they are all carefully aligned, and fired on top of each other to create the image you see in a solid glass block.
